Only items with “Damage”, “Defective” or “Color Mismatch” can be returned or replaced.
How do I return a product purchased on shukrdeal.com?
For any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, the item(s) must be returned to us within the next 5 days of receiving the order. Please fill the “Returns chart” completely with your order details and enclose the same with the product. Send the entire package to the return address stated on the “Returns form”.
Please make sure that the product remains in its original condition. Price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories and all things should be kept inside the return package.
Return Support becomes invalid for the criteria listed below.
· Request raised outside the specified time frame.
· Failure of returning the product with all additional accessories in the package.
· Defects/Damages stated in manufacturer’s warranty.
· Defects/Damages due to mishandling of the product.
· Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
· Product that has been used or installed.
· Products with tampered
· Product with missing serial numbers.
· Custom/Made-to-order jewellery.
· Fragile items, Consumable products and Electronic products like (Cosmetics, Attars, Toys, Watch, Clock etc.)
· Tailored Products like Abayas, Kaftans, Burkhas made especially for the customer.
The whole amount will be refunded for the cancellations made online before the product has been shipped.
The payment for all the returned products will be credited to customers Shukrdeal account, the same can be used for his/her next purchase.
